I've had someone of those in my wishlists. The last 2 books I read and highly recommend are: <a href="http://pragprog.com/titles/ahptl/pragmatic-thinking-and-learning" rel="nofollow">Pragmatic Thinking & Learning</a>, by Andy Hunt <a href="http://www.amazon.com/dp/006135323X/" rel="nofollow">Predictably Irrational</a>, by Dan Ariely. I'm passionate about how the brain works and the best way to use it so these were amazing books, filled with research and theory yet incredibly practical.
