I’ll go straight to the point: I have a theory that there’s a serious - as in
quite big - connection between gaming console sales and game piracy. And I also believe this is proven right by the recent
3-1 ratio of Xbox 360 sales over Playstation 3s during black friday. Or the 26 million 360s over 17 million Playstations total
[1].
Here’s how I’ll try to convince you I’m not completely crazy: 1) Not everyone is ready to commit to $70USD games, particularly the new age casual gamer force.
