Hi! I'm Fred Oliveira. I'm a thinker, designer and developer. In the past I worked at Techcrunch, sat on the advisory board for a few startups and founded the now extinct Web 2.0 Workgroup. I then founded WBS, a design and development company. We create web and mobile applications - like Goplan! - for ourselves and our clients. It's pretty cool.

These days, apart from work at WBS, I do user experience and design consulting, speak at conferences, sit on the advisory board for O'Reilly's Web 2.0 Expo Europe, read a bunch and write a bit - both on this blog and for a future book. You can find me on Twitter and you can email me.

As a man of the internet, there's bits and pieces of my identity lying everywhere. I have a profile on Facebook, the music I listen to is on Last.fm, the photos I take and screenshots I grab are on Flickr. I keep inspiration on ffffound, bookmarks on delicious. Most of my travel plans are on Dopplr and other plans on Plancast. I have a profile on LinkedIn. I'm probably forgetting a bunch of sites, but its the internet, there's a new one every minute.
